How a Project
Comes Together
A custom cabinet project should feel manageable from start to finish. Here is the path we walk every customer through, plus a clear summary of how payment works.
Our Process
The Six Steps
1
Share your project
Tell us what you are working on. Reach out by phone, email, or our contact form. We will ask a few questions about the space, the rooms involved, your goals, and your timeline.
2
Get a project quote
Based on what you share, we put together a project quote so you have a clear picture of cost and scope before you commit to design work.
3
Design your cabinetry
Once you are ready to move forward, we begin design. You work directly with one of our designers to plan the layout, choose door styles, pick finishes, select hardware, and decide on storage details. We make changes until it is right.
4
Finalize details and start production
When the design is approved, we lock in the final details and schedule production. You will know what is being built and when.
5
Build, deliver, and install
Our shop builds your cabinets. Our team delivers them to your home or jobsite. Our installers set them in place, adjust the doors and drawers, and make sure everything fits the way it should.
6
Enjoy the finished space
The work is done. The room is yours. We follow up to make sure you are happy with how it turned out.
How Payment Works
Payment happens in clear stages so there are no surprises.
1
A design deposit is due when you start the design phase. This is credited toward your project total if you move forward with us.
2
A deposit is due at signing, when you approve the final design and project agreement.
3
A deposit is due at delivery, when your cabinets arrive.
4
The final balance is due after installation is complete.
We will walk through the exact amounts in your project agreement so you always know what is coming next.
What we handle, and what we don't
We handle cabinetry and countertops from design through installation. We do not handle demolition, painting, tile, electrical, plumbing, or general contracting. If your project needs those, we are glad to coordinate with your builder or contractor.
